I like them alot too, only thing I don't like about using 2 different colored cords is you have to cut them, so you lose the full strenght of one 24ft long cord. But you can still do alot with two 12ft lengths of cord if you needed to!!

I have been thinking of selling tinder tins on the site. Basically a chew can cleaned up, with 5 cottonballs soaked in vaseline. Do you think $5 is too much to sell them for?

Hard to say man. With the way things are going it would be worth a try. i was going to put together some kits for obtaining water in the desert. Like a still kit and veg bags but the one thing that held me back was the price of the equipment, mainly the container, verses what I could sell them for.

That's why I am using chew cans they are readily available, I know a few chewers who would donate their cans, and some people are lazy enough to actually buy pre-made tinder. I bet you could find a good source for a cheap container, like the dollar general or maybe an online place. I think you should do it bro!! Heck even if you had everyone you know donate their old mayo jars to you!! I bet you could sell them for $20 easy!! probably cost you about $8 to make and another $3-$5 to ship regular mail!!

Your probably right man! I was actually wanting to use canteen cups with that cool lid they have (sold separately of course lol) which after looking into it I couldn't sell it. It would end up costing way too much and no one would buy. It could work if I had a tax I.D. number and ordered in bulk. That just can't happen at this present time.

A little trick I found that works. . . tax id=your social security number, also you can become an ordained minister and get tax free preferance!! Just use "The church of Bushcraft" it's totally legal!!
